WEEKLY EVENTS:
SUNDAY
8:53 & 10:20 AM: Morning Worship services
We use a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary choruses. The service is centered around praising our Lord, who is our Savior and teacher. Pastor Jim Dixon gives an in depth study which is
currently on John.
Services include an interpreter for the hearing impaired.
Nursery services are available during our morning services for those children 5 years old and younger.
Children's Church is available for children 6-11 years old.
8:53 Children's Church
The children begin by worshiping with their families in the 8:53 service. They are dismissed to Children's Church after the Children's Moment. Children's Church runs till 11:30 AM. Parents are invited
to a Bible study at 10:20 AM. Children's Church is like Vacation Bible School every Sunday morning. The children participate in a number of activities that include Bible study, crafts, and recreation.

2:30 PM Genesis Youth Group
This Sunday program is totally dedicated to our youth. It is held at our youth outpost called The Salt Mine. The worship service includes contemporary music that speaks to their generation with full
attention given to the need to know Jesus Christ as Savior and to grow in a relationship with God. This in turn will aid them in making quality decisions in their life. Some activities are done in
cooperation with other churches in the area. The youth will be presented opportunities of summer camps, recreational events, social occasions and mission opportunities. The worship service
includes a worship service, a meal and activity time.

Tuesday
9:00am Ladies Prayer Group
Our Ladies meet to pray for our church and the church family.
10:30am-Ladies Daytime Bible Study. This study meets in the home of one of our members.
7:00pm S.O.B.E.R. Project
SOBER Project is the fastest growing 12 step recovery program in Tucson. SOBER Project welcomes all chemically dependent and alcoholic people who desire to recover. It is a biblically based, 12
step program whose higher power is Jesus. The program includes Bible study, home groups, 12 step meetings, counselling, worship, and ministry. The meetings are open to all. For more

Wednesday
9:00am English and Citizenship classes: If you know anyone who speaks Spanish and needs to improve their English, there are beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes. There is also a
class for those who are studying to get their citizenship. Call Catalina Community Services for more information. The classes run from August to May.
3:30pm Special Music Rehearsal
4:30pm Choir Rehearsal
5:45 pm Evening meal and Bible Study
Wednesday evening meal starts at 5:45 ($3.00 per person donation) followed by Bible Study at 6:30pm. The study is in the book of Exodus.
6:30 pm God's Children
Children meet in The Ark (Children's building) while the adults have Bible Study. We have a study time and activities.

9:30 am Blessings Trio Rehearsal
10:00 am Staff Meeting
Saturday
6:00pm Gospel Jamboree
Musicians from all over the Tucson area come to participate as we praise our Lord through music. Everyone is welcome to come.
MONTHLY EVENTS:
Joy Club
"Just Older Youth' meet on the second Tuesday of each month. They have a potluck lunch and a program that usually includes a special speaker. Occasionally they have
day or weekend outings. JOY Club is taking a break for the summer. The next meeting will be in September.
R.O.M.E.O.
"Retired Old Men Eating Out' meet at a different restaurant on the first Saturday of the month to eat and fellowship.
Finance Committee Meeting
The committee meets on the first Tuesday of the month to watch over the finances of the church. Any church member is welcome to discuss any concerns they may have.
Women's Ministry Planning Meeting
The Women's Ministry Planning Team plans the events and mission project of the Women's Ministry. The planning team meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 1:30
P.M. The women's Ministry includes a card ministry, prayer ministry, food drive on the first Sunday of the month, collecting items for the Gospel Rescue Mission, supplying
food to the ill, and other varies mission projects.
Trustee's Meeting
The Trustees meet at the church at 1:30 PM on the third Wednesday of the month.
